Annual Maintenance

Our customers are at the forefront of what we do, which is why we not only offer a portfolio of qualified test suites for EMV Level 2 and Level 3 testing, but ensure that the after sales service and support given is also of the highest standard.

When you purchase a test suite from us, the person or people from your organisation who are nominated to be technical contact(s) will receive news of important updates to the tools as soon as they are available.  You can then download and use the latest version immediately.  There are no delays to your testing while you wait for new cards to be delivered.

Additionally, with a current support contract in place, you will also be sent any new cards required for testing if mandated by the Brands.

Included with a licence purchase is 12 months access to our Helpdesk support team who are available via email or telephone to help with any query that you or your team may have.  With unrivalled response times covering many world time zones, we aim to get you the answers you need as quickly as possible.

For customers who have purchased many test suites from us we offer tiered, capped pricing.  This is dependant on the number of licences purchased and ensures the best support price.

You have 12 months from the expiry of your support plan in which to renew.

card releases

If a test plan in your portfolio is updated, you will be send new card releases automatically (as long as your support has not lapsed).

Instant access

You can access updated testplans instantly via your dedicated secure Client Portal.

Time to renew

We give a 12 month window for renewal from your expiry date - allowing more flexibility when testing.
